GREENWICH VILLAGE TERRACE
With a growing need for tranquility and meditation, this Greenwich Village terrace was transformed into a true refuge from the city. An oval meditation deck serves as a dramatic area of focus, centering each visitor into the space.To enhance and frame the oval, a band of plantings were installed to create privacy while leaving the south end of the terrace open to the large rear garden tree which provides a sculptural backdrop.
